Terms and Conditions
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags still attached.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, if an item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA: We offer a flat rate of $8 standard shipping. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking included. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Express shipping can be organised please send us a message if you require your order sooner.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: $19 flat rate on all international orders outside of Australia. Please expect 7-12 business days once your order has been processed to receive your purchase.
NB: Some international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 3 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopifys data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
