Does West & Rose have a bricks & mortar store?
No sorry we are a 100% online boutique only.
What if I'm unsure of what size to purchase?
We love helping our customers with sizing as we know sometimes it can be hard to know which size to purchase online. Please send me a message or email me at westandrosesales@gmail.com and I can help with any questions you have in regards to sizing.
Will I get a refund if I return an item?
Yes absolutely!! We do give refunds. Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags still attached.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

What is AfterPay and how does it work?
AfterPay is an online payment method that allows you to pay for your online purchases after receiving them. AfterPay offers a no interest or added fees service and payment is automatically deducted from your credit card in four equal payments each fortnight. We ship your order as normal, so there's no waiting like a layby. To use AfterPay you need: A debit or credit card.
What other forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, all major credit cards, ApplePay, Zippay and AfterPay.
Is our credit card information secure and safe?
Yes! If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements.
How much does delivery cost?
WITHIN AUSTRALIA: We offer a flat rate of $8 standard shipping. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking included. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Express shipping can be organized please send us a message if you require your order sooner.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: $12 flat rate on all international orders outside of Australia. Please expect 7-12 business days once your order has been processed to receive your purchase.

What is the best way to wash my garment?
As we stock many different fabrics and styles we ensure that there is a washing label with care instructions attached to each garment for your convenience. Please follow these guidelines.
If the item I love is sold out will it be restocked?
If you find something and it is showing as sold out send us a message and I will do my best to restock this item for you. I would love to hear from you!
